If you purchased Office with your computer when it was new, you should have received (at least) license key for the software, perhaps printed on a paper or at least with the confirmation email you received when you ordered the computer (assuming you purchased the computer from HP). That long ago (when Outlook 2013 was 'new'), you might even have received a CD with the Office Software that provides the key somewhere on the CD package.
If the license key is on your computer, you may be able to dig it out using a program meant to provide details about your computer's Operating System, file structure, hardware, and setup:
Once you have your key or if you decide to purchase Microsoft Office, visit Microsoft online:

i purchased my hp computer from HP 4/26/2014 my order number is H129504121 the only product numbers on my emailed receipt is listed under the computer i purchased number: F9A61Av#ABA, that looks like your product #
under that number is a serial number. then listed are what came with computer, microsoft office home & business 2013, no product key number is listed next to the software name. we did not receive a cd to install i would have saved if we did.
it must have been installed already. don't you have this info on file with my order number?
thanks, kate

Hi Kate,
Hmm.. My apologies for the confusion: we are a community forum of volunteers - owners and users of HP technologies. We are not Tech Support.
HP provides a limited official presence on the forum for the purpose of forum administration.
You can contact HP and pose your question:

Considering the normal warranty is perhaps expired, it might be better to contact HP Sales and let them try and connect you with the proper department -- have that Order number handy.
Your Order email likely provides a phone number, else use the standard contact.
